The loan package consists of:

  • Provide proper presentation of your annual financial statements, including a cash flow statement.
  • Provide proper presentation of your Interim Financial Statement (must be no more than two months old), including a cash flow statement.
  • Compose the financing request which includes amounts sought, types, and purpose.
  • Create an Income Statement projection with brief description of new projects, contracts, etc.
  • Present your history and future plans in an attractive manner, compelling financial institutions to extend your credit.
