The Transportation Carrier Module allows you to see how much each trip is costing you, how much you are making, how much fuel you are spending, and how much revenue, per mile, you are really bringing home. With this service, you will know if you can make important payments for your truck(s), your insurance, maintenance, etc., as well as acting as your bookkeeper for your accounting needs. We take care of the following:

  1. We produce driver settlements for payment
  2. We produce owner/operator settlements
  3. We keep track of the miles you need to pay for Road Taxes
  4. We calculate the quarterly Fuel Taxes you should pay
  5. We print the following statistical reports:
    1. Revenue Per Truck
    2. Revenue Per Mile
    3. Cost Per Trip
    4. Miles Run by State
