DEBT RESTRUCTURE – DEBT RENEGOTIATION MODULE

Through this module we assure the creditor their monthly payments based on cash flow possibilities of the client (previously negotiated with the creditor). We manage the main checking accounts, as well as receive all of the income produced by the client. The client gives Southwest Business Solutions a weekly report of disbursements needed for the following weeks which after the funds for creditors and IRS are secured, is transferred to an operations account for the customer to use.

1. Southwest Business Solutions will make analysis of client’s cash flow possibilities to pay off past due debts which will be determined by the following information client provides:
1. Accounts Payable, Lease Payable, Financing Payable -- explaining past dues for each account for restructuring and the last conversation with creditor along with any other pertinent information.
2. Accounts Receivables -- explaining collections’ problems for each account.
3. Income Statement
4. Rough estimate of future sales and incoming generating business
2. If Southwest Business Solution’s analysis results in a viable plan it will be presented to creditors, negotiated with creditors, implemented, and followed up through completion.

This phase has a fixed Fee which will depend on details of each plan and number of negotiations to make. If creditors accept payment plan, then client pays a success fee to be determined case by case.
